The Tools That Carry Me as a Music Producer Into 2026
Sound support and structure when creativity needs more than inspiration
When your workflow starts to wobble, it’s not only the sound that suffers, it’s your confidence.
For a long time, I thought better beats came from better ideas alone.
That’s not true.
They come from systems that hold you up when motivation drops and your head gets loud.
Tools don’t make a producer strong, the producer makes the tools matter.
The Tools That Hold Me Together
Apple Notes My head outside my head
Sounds basic. Works exactly because of that.
Every idea goes in there. Beats, samples, lyrics, loose thoughts. Folders by project. Lists, sketches, links.
My entire knowledge base lives in Apple Notes. Learnings, mistakes, small realizations.
Thanks to search across macOS, iPadOS, and iOS, I find everything in seconds.
No chaos. No forgetting.
This isn’t a productivity trick. It’s my memory.
Quick question for you:
How do you capture ideas when they appear and disappear again?
Logic Pro – My studio
I tested other setups. I stayed here. Logic is home. Stable, clean, strong stock plugins. I often use Quick Sampler for sample chopping. Not always. But often enough to stay in flow.
All my mixing happens inside Logic. I paid for the Streaky mixing course with my own money.
No gift. No deal. Worth it.

Sound With Weight and History
Native Instruments, When sound needs to breathe
I mainly use Maschine Mikro for jamming. Ideas come fast there, without pressure.
When I want more control, I add the Kontrol MIDI keyboard.
Kontakt and Komplete give me sounds with depth.
Not overloaded. Not sterile.

Tracklib* Sampling with a clear conscience
I love samples. For me, they’re raw material, not shortcuts. I want to build something new without taking from others. Tracklib provides original music with licenses cleared upfront. No grey areas.
Vintage in sound. Clear in usage.
Sampling with style and peace of mind.
Not Spinning Alone
bettermusic.app – Community over competition
For a long time, I produced alone in my own bubble.
Then I found bettermusic.
Feedback from real heads. Exchange without ego games. Nobody laughs when something isn’t there yet. People help. You grow together.
Honestly:
Do you prefer producing alone or with others? Both matter, just not at the same time.
5th Seal Coaching When you get serious
I didn’t just want more knowledge. I wanted better ears. 5th Seal coached me. Direct. Clear. No bullshit.
Technically strong. Human and straight.
His YouTube channel and newsletter are gold.
Knowledge that supports instead of impressing.

TTMC Bern
TTMC is a music studio in Bern offering regular workshops. I’ve been there many times. I didn’t just learn technique. I met people. Real conversations. Real connections. If you’re in Switzerland, go there. You’ll learn more than how to turn knobs.

Why These Tools Stay
At some point, it became clear:
Tools don’t replace creativity. They decide whether creativity stays or fades. I build beats with tools, but tools build the space where beats can exist.
Music was never just sound for me. It was support. When a lot in life tilted, creativity stayed. Now I give something back. In every beat.
2026 is shaped by collaboration with Ari.

January 9 marks the beginning of something new.
If you don’t want to miss anything, join the newsletter. New beats. Projects. Thoughts from the studio. Directly from me. No filter.
If you’re a rapper looking for collabs, I’m here.
Vaynex. Beats with depth. No show. No hype.
